Gather three months of statements, your current fee schedule, contract end dates for both processing and hardware, and your monthly card turnover split by card type. Without that, any quote you receive is speculative.

The sequence that avoids downtime

  • Get the new agreement signed and underwriting approved
  • Take delivery of the new terminal and test a live transaction
  • Run both in parallel for a few days
  • Serve written notice on the old provider and return hardware tracked
