Concentrating attendance into fewer days and fewer zones lets you shut down floors entirely. Zoning controls, even basic ones, unlock most of the available saving.
Review the lease alongside the bill
If occupancy has permanently changed, the real saving may be in the space rather than the energy. Time the review to coincide with a break clause where one exists.
