Ask the awkward questions
Good suppliers answer these easily; poor ones deflect.
- How exactly are you paid on this contract?
- What is your notice period and early exit charge?
- Who is my named contact and what happens when they leave?
- Can you provide two references in my sector?
Test the support before you need it
